Black qbs being athletic compared to white counterparts have many options on the fly, which is one of the reasons they're not efficient as white ones. This analogy can be applied to the penalty takers of soccer version in which defencemen will be more successful than forwards at times.

Options like taking a sack instead of being able to get out of the way??? There are not many options when a fast defensive lineman is chasing you from behind and linebackers and db's closing in to take your head off. If anything, being athletic gets you hurt quicker than just going down when the kitchen is too hot and living to see another day.
