I do think this ND team is legit. They've got a running attack that is scary. But I'm not sold on Wimbush and USC is likely going to stack the box and make ND win it through the air. I can't remember the last time ND beat USC when USC was ranked. So it's going to be a challenge.

If ND wins this, though, and then beats NC State next week, that will be 3 big wins against ranked opponents and a one-point loss to the second best team in the country. That will get you in the top 5 or 6 on Halloween.

ND has no speed in the secondary to cover SC's receivers which I think makes the Dog here with a big bite

Sammy, you pathetic invalid, how do you expect USC to blow out the Irish when they have 11 players questionable for the game and two others definitely out? If you did some research instead of running your mouth off so much, you would not be such a big loser.

Notre Dame is the real deal. But they have a very difficult schedule remaining. Road games at Miami and Stanford. Still have to play NC State who's now ranked in the top-15. Navy is always a challenge (GO NAVY!). If they were to win out, there's no question they're in the playoff. They'd have beaten 6-7 ranked opponents and their one loss is to the #2 team in the country by 1 point.
