0-2 in the NBA to start the season, I like Toronto at -4.5 for the first quarter. The Bulls roster is by far the worst in the NBA, even worst the the Knicks, and Toronto is strong at home. The Raptors moved Powell into the starting lineup and have had the whole offseason to work Ibaka in, but its the same roster as last yea.

Raptors should blow the Bulls out, but it's the NBA so anything can happen. I put a little on Bulls ML just because the line was so high. Plus Bulls had an 11 game winning streak against the Raptors.

I could see a backdoor cover, but this Bulls roster is the worst NBA roster I've ever seen by far.
