I think, in that photo, both feet could be in the air and when his left foot lands it could be in bounds. The angle and timing of that photo seem a little odd to me.

It's a Bad Beat because the Colts, like the Skins 2 weeks ago, were covering the WHOLE F'N game up to that point! Yet another one for the SVP montage. The only way I lose that play is if the Titans pop a 70+ yard meaningless TD run while running out the clock. And of course it happened. Mindboggling but I'm not even surprised anymore after having Washington in that debacle a few weeks ago...
