The lead investigator for the NFL said the claims were basically false and the recommendation was no suspension but Roger went ahead with the suspension anyways. Probably because Elliott was out there acting like a ghetto clown in the off season. If the dipshit would have just stayed out of the headlines the league wouldn't have anything on him.
