Pick any issue you want. The bottom line is that there are issues in the hood and some of them have been ignored for a long time. I'm not saying the "white man" has the solution or even that it's all so systematic, but there is a problem.

Maybe if these guys have a leader that can bring awareness even if it becomes self reflection, maybe guys with scalable programs like Ray Lewis or Magic Johnson can get some education and opportunity running in the hood.

Maybe not, but it's going to have to start there. You don't want to get arrested and profiled by cops, then as whole, crime has to come down the worst areas.
