Lkid I'm not saying they aren't a solid group and I'm not saying the bet is terrible, but I think bettors get emotionally swayed by what they see on the field.

Georgia has a long ways to go. They must get past a good Auburn team in Auburn. They have to hope that a bad Florida team does not luck out again and defeat them like they have done the past three seasons. Then there is that pesky Ga. Tech rivalry, which is as bloody as any. If they run the table, they are in no matter what they do in the SEC Championship game against Alabama.

I think ga tech will be toughest matchup

nothing against auburn or florida

but ga tech scares me more

I put $250 on UGA to win the SEC Championship on July 22nd at 10 to 1

I also put $50 on them to win the national title at 50-1 .........kicking myself now, wish I would have put $500

They are good enough to win it all, will they that is another question. They play fast physical football and are very disciplined and well coached. That is the type of team late in the season that can just wear people down. Will be very curious to see how they handle Florida and Auburn, but if they run over Florida it could be a special run for the rest of the season for the Dawgs!
