He's had issues scoring in the red zone so far in his career. But, he put them in position to win if he had a kicker worth a damn.

to be fair if you watched winston in that game he was over throwing easy passes, deep passes, and trying to force things instead of taking the easy completions. He was a huge part of the loss as well as the kicker. Obviously the bucs recent kickers have been pathetic, but Winston is not proving himself to be a top NFL QB by any stretch of the imagination. A lot of his stats come in garbage time or prevent defense at the end. He is as far from clutch as you can get at this point.
