First time ever posting in a forum b/c I need help. On 9-12 I requested 9500 by bitcoin and I received the funds in my coinbase acct within 48hrs. Next morning 7 hrs after transfer I woke up and 9500 that was transferred was now worth 8500 b/c value had plummeted overnight so going forward I did not want to request anymore payouts by bitcoin and be at the mercy of the markets. On 9-18 at 3:06am a bitcoin payout was processed for 9500 which I thought there was "queu" not cleared out in the system but funds were deducted from my acct balance and I did not request this payout or provide a bitcoin address. Betonline told me someone must have hacked my acct b/c funds were actually sent to a bitcoin address. For 2 weeks now they cannot give me the bitcoin address it was sent to or the ip address that requested it out of my account. I have reason to believe someone internally embezzled the 9500 b/c I asked the supervisor that if an employee had my acct # and password could they log into my acct and request a bitcoin payout and provide an address and the answer was yes but they said that was nonsense. I firmly believe an employee within the company did this and they dont know who did it. I have emalied them screenshots of my coinbase acct etc to prove the funds were not sent to me. Im open to any suggestions.
8yrs at BOL never an issue till now someone has embezzled 9500 by bitcoin from acct

#16BOL has notified me that my case remains in thefraud department and they are doing their best to trace this out but have not provided me with any other details. It has been 2 weeks and 2 days and still waiting for a definite answer or some type of proof on their end to find out which IP requested it and which bitcoin address was provided. This is the truth and really did happen. I have emails correspondence from BOL stating this investigation on their end.Comment -

#19why wouldn't they send you a text to your phone for verification on payouts?
if they don't even have that feature then I'd move books, too risky to be at a place like that as you just found outComment -

#23Sounds odd that BOL will not tell you the bitcoin address or IP? Or anything?

#25Still nothing to update on this except for a long list of notes and being told its in the fraud department. No one can tell me the IP that requested the payout or a bitcoin address that the money was sent to on Sept 18th. What is odd about this is that my requested payout from Oct 12th was at 12:33pm and the bitcoin payout request on the 18th was at 3:06am but they are saying the funds were actually sent at 12:33pm on the 18th which leads me to believe this might be a computer glitch on their end b/c whats the chances of my payout request on the 12th being exactly the same time of day that these funds were sent by bitcoin on the 18th. They told me today I will know on Monday so until then I will wait and update later. If Monday comes and still no answer I will ask for assistance from this site.Comment -
