How about a metal detector for hotel luggage? Can't ever see this happening w/ manpower, privacy, etc. but it was really the only way to stop this nutjob. That detector would have been going off left and right with all the firepower this guy was bringing upstairs.

There are a lot of head-scratching elements to this story.

First off, who the fudge is a "high stakes video poker player"? We all know they don't exist. We have one hall-of-fame poster here who claims to be a "high stakes slot machine player" ......but certainly there couldn't be another dude with that kinda luck.
