Anyone from Upper East Side NYC: Police need help finding thug who attacked senior

An elderly straphanger was twice slapped in the face on an Upper East Side subway after moving away from a stranger who elbowed her, cops said Saturday.

A video shows the aggressive rider delivering two slaps as the seated victim flails defensively.
The suspect ran from the train as it pulled into the E. 86th St./Lexington Ave. station, according to police.
Medics treated the victim at the 96th St. station after she reported the attack, cops said.
Police released footage of the attack Saturday and are asking for the public’s help in identifying the woman.
The bizarre incident was set in motion Friday afternoon when the unidentified attacker boarded a northbound No. 6 train at the E. 68th St.-Hunter College station and sat beside the female victim.
The attacker, also a woman, bumped her elbows into the 70-year-old victim several times, prompting the other rider to change seats, officials said.
An argument ensued, and it quickly escalated into violence.
