Its about respect and decency. Do you go to your job and protest something every day? Fans don't want to see it. They are inundated with politics almost everywhere. Guys there are a lot of sheep out there....im a conservative but I've also seen the way Trump followers admire this guy, the league is going to be half of what it is today by 2020 unless NFL owners start cutting protesters and blackballing them from league.

anyone that thinks this is gonna matter is a joke. We are still going to gamble. People are still going to play fantasy. Trump should stick to fighting the fat puke and leave the athletes alone. Anyone that stands at home is lying or a sap. I don't like them kneeling but that is why we live in the greatest country. If it bothers you guys so much go to the kitchen and stand during the anthem. You don't have a league as it stands now. The entire product is reliant on 3rd party TV. Gate revenue a non factor.

Look at college football attendance and tell me people wouldn't rather pay $15 to watch the best of the rest so to speak.

The league cannot afford to get involved in a "us versus them" contest when all it's negative press surrounds troubled black athletes. It's a no win situation and the minute they lose TV the business is finished.

The owners have a right to free speech.
The fans have a right to free speech.
It might financially hurt the league, it might not. The TV networks will decide that. The only thing I can say is it certainly won't help the league financially in any way.
