I like Atlanta at -3. Detroit is 2-0 but Arizona was in control of the game against them before injuries to 4 key players and turnovers changed the game. Atlanta struggled week 1 on the road playing on grass against a strong Bears defensive front and solid Bears running game, but Detroit's defensive line is below average with the exception of Ansah, and Detroit's best pass rusher Davis is in concussion protocol. The Lions were lucky to hit a Giants team without their best corner Jenkins and MLB, since the Giants 3rd corner Apple has struggled. Atlanta's pass rush is strong even if Beasley doesn't play and Atlanta's secondary with Trufant back is very good as well.

The fact Detroit was shutting down Johnson down doesn't change the fact that Arizona is much easier to defend when he's not in the game, and that impacts Arizona's entire offense. Davis has been a better pass rusher than Ansah this year, who had a good game last week because the Giants left tackle Flowers is horrible.Comment -
