    the 5-6% really costs you about 1/2 as much if it's for a business

    i was too dumb or conservative to buy some property in florida/arizona/vegas in 2012 and rent it out

      college tutition is bad debt. #1 debt in country these days is college debt. I am considering going back for my HS diploma though

          Student loan debt is much easier to handle than credit card debt, you can write-off the interest and if your loans are subsidized they don't accrue interest when you are in school and not working.

            I consider myself very lucky as I have 2-3 post up shops and 5 credit outs with 3 of them I use regularly. I don't post very much, but the credit book is something I know a lot about. First, your personal credit has nothing to do with and the poster that made this has to be joking.

            However, you can find local guys at the local bar, but if you're looking for a big shop like BetBuckeye, Grande, Pinny, BookMaker, etc, you don't find them for credit they find you. For them to find you, you must have a reputation of never stiffing and have a good name among several books.
