How bad can Illinois be? They held Western Kentucky to 7 points last week. We know how bad USF can be. Stoney Brook held them to 31 points, and was ahead in the 2nd half. I'm not sold on the over here. The Illini offense is nothing to write home about.

The best forecast I can make has Arizona winning with 24 points to UTEP's 13 points.
