Dalton is basically what you call a 'middle third' QB...basically in the NFL the top third have a QB, the middle third have someone serviceable but will never win anything of any significance but yet aren't bad enough to dump for lack of an immediate upgrade that's actually available and the bottom 3rd are mostly dumpster fires lol

Daulton's splits between when he's under pressure and not have been terrible his whole career. The difference is that the Bengal's have let the line get worse and worse every year to the point its worthless now. Look at Dalton's post seasons numbers, Houston made him their personal meat puppet. Twice.
In defense of Dalton, in the first Houston playoff game Arian Foster ran wild, Bengals weren't stopping him even though ginger head boy threw three picks. The other Houston playoff game he was just awful.
