Businesses like ESPN expect their employees to act professional whether are on camera working or out in the regular world going about their everyday business. Tons of people have been fired from their regular jobs for their comments on twitter and Facebook.

I don't get all the hate on jamele. Putting her and Michael smith on sportscenter was one of the coolest things ever. The ratings are a lie. EVERYONE watched it more than ever. You all watched it too and anyone that says they didn't are racist white supremacists.
