Anybody out there currently using this book and having problems with Live Chat or email support?

I sent a mail to support 2 days ago without reply and the live chat keeps defaulting to busy...

unless the discussion is somehow important enough to wind up in Players Talk.

For your information, Jetbull is located in Curacao, which was impacted
by Hurricane Irma. A reasonable expectation is that support delays may
be connected to the hurricane. Live Chat workers are often located in
the islands also. Additionally, yesterday and today are not "business days".

Thanks for that - I haven't used the forum for sometime so am a bit rusty on the posting side of things etc...

Hadn't connected the bookmaker with Hurricane Irma but probably should have.
