I've been thinking about taking the Lions pretty big
in the opener hosting Cardinals.
Any reason why this lean might not be a good one ?

Stafford over Palmer now. Cardinals have the better DEF.

Palmer and Stafford, either can be better.
The angle is home opener - and Stafford has new contract.
Arizona has had their demons also..
Just wondering what Paco thinks because he has a nose for the Lions...
or if someone can scare me off it.

Lakerboy summed it up best, no value.
Don't bet big unless you're "sure". I'm on the Lions myself.

Why would his contract matter? I'd guess at least as many perform worse after getting paid. I doubt stafford will be in that club but don't see it as any kind of edge either, basically meaningless..
Tough game, I like both teams. Gun to my head I'd take lions and that who I'll play in pools but as others have said I don't see a great edge one way or the other.. good number to use lions in a 6 point tease, only way I could see myself on it.

Arizona + or no play . More impact playmakers on both sides of the football , and I'm sure Arians is out to avenge last seasons debacle .
