I heard on the radio a few minutes ago that they are considering playing the game Philadelphia.

I suspect the league has already made the decision to postpone to week 11, but they are waiting to see if the storm goes out to sea. Possibly trying to lobby with Miami to get them to move the game. Monroe County, which is the county with the Florida keys and is west of Miami-Dade has already issued a mandatory evacuation for tourists and residents. Miami-Dade will be next. Those people have to go somewhere. If an evacuation is ordered for Miami-Dade, it's highly doubtful the Florida State Patrol and other law enforcement will be pulled to help staff a game. Miami will not want an NFL game going on between Florida's two biggest fan bases with an evacuation in order and days before staring down the path a major hurricane. So rule out moving it up. Moving it back is out of the question. You may not even have power and it could still linger to Monday. Moving it to another city isn't happening unless Miami is willing to give up another home game in addition to the one in London. So you're left with week 11. Unless this thing curves out to sea or Miami is willing to take a monetary hit, I'm fairly confident that will happen. We'll see...

guys listen towards the end of the season look for the totals on the miami games to go under. Football is a grueling sport and it feels good for the guys to take a break and see their wives, friends and family members and comeback refreshed and ready to play the game after a week long break. If miami ever makes it to the playoffs thats the only time they will get a break is before the playoffs. We still dont know if the stadium in miami will with stand a storm of a catergory 5. So miami might have to play all their home games some where else if there is damaged to the stadium.

Heres how to play this after week 11 play the dolphins team totals under. If irma destroys the stadium and practice field then the fins might have to practice and play else where. perhaps a gift would be that tampa has to relocate to. then play the under tampa team totals.
