Rambling Wreck will use ball control as always , chew time up , basically trying to play ToP , mistake free ball . Really hoping the Vols made some costly mistakes .

Going with GT ML. Think if GT covers here, they'll win. Home game for the Jackets (even thought it's in MB Dome) so I think that'll help them and their speed on the turf.

Tennessee always under performs on season openers and Georgia Tech's triple option scheme is something this defense probably hasn't seen before. In my opinion who is running won't be an issue as much as the formations and different option plays. Multiple rb's and the fb and qb will all see carries and tech will cover the spread and maybe win the game

Theyll find somebody. GT is a system offense. It doesn't matter who they use, the plays are the same. They have an experienced defense and Paul Johnson > Butch Jones. Tennessee has an edge defensively but it's somewhat equalized by GT's offensive scheme.

There is no way i mean no way georgia tech wins this with 3 running backs out. That means tech has to rely on the pass game. Its vols moneyline or no play. Home game or no home game for tech doesnt matter. They will be exposed.Welcome to the S.E.C.

This is a game featuring the predictable Paul Johnson against the head case Butch Jones. Jones knows that his coaching career at Tennessee is on the line this season, especially with the piss poor showing by Florida and the probable season ending injury to Georgia QB Eason. If Tennessee cannot win the SEC East this season, they never will. A pass for me.

The Vols have alot of question marks as they return 12 starters. GT returns 14 but loss nothing significantly.

GT will run the triple option against a weak run D Vols team. I have GT +3 and maybe alittle on ML.

I agree with this. The players, to a degree, are interchangeable. Tech will still run it's offense, but an injury to a back could be devastating.

They will have little depth at the position because of the offense they run.

I would not expect a change in game plan to "air it out" simply because they have lost a couple of good backs.

There are different ways to cap, but in my opinion it should be a pass at the 3 point level.

If it continues to drop, Tennessee actually gains some value, in my numbers and opinion.

I have GTech +3.5 from yesterday.

I have watched enough NCAA football to know the ONLY bet is OVER! These teams Suck at defense! The whole ball control blah blah will hold it UNDER is BS. These kids make the stupidest mistakes over and over. I'm convinced football is an Offensive Show. Scoring is all they care about. The game Sucks! Bet Over-don't watch the game and check the box scores. Watching this garbage is not worth it!The only way they go UNDER is when the offenses can't get it together.(dropped passes, inaccurate passing, turnovers,etc.) The defenses rarely have a say in it. Unless you are facing LSU, Bama, or few others and I do mean a few.GL

SEC has 1 mega team and two good ones in Auburn & LSU. We'll see about Georgia this week. They'll miss Eason for a few weeks but their defense looks legit.

Too many georgia tech homers in this forum. Sounds like a fade the public play and joe public starts betting on the underdogs too early in the season. Wait till about the 4th week and the dogs will start biting good then it moves up to really good when the confrence games start then its on to the bowl games when you play nothing but dogs and use good money management. Every consensus site I have checked has TEN as the public favorite. I agree that when too many people on SBR are favoring a side it's usually time to go the other way, but the thread title kind of invites bias.

A run only team down 3 backs is not good. The system will still produce yards but they won't have the talent to get game breaking plays.
