Las Vegas - Minimum for parlay/straight bet

What is the minimum amount you can put on a parlay or straight bet in Vegas? I tried to get down like a 10 teamer at the Rio with $4 the lady looked at me like I was crazy. Give me a book on or near Rio/Strip.
