Title IX is a different animal. Lately, you don't have to be convicted or even accused by the alleged victim and you can be expelled and labeled a rapist (see the USC kicker). FSU didn't do anything wrong. The TPD managed to fukk things up good tho. Because they did a shitty job doesn't mean there was a cover up. People forget when this all went down jameis was a redshirt freshman nobody. The news continently broke late during his heisman and title run.
Fun story, I worked at FSU when this all went down. Girl I worked with went to high school with the "victim". Said the girl tried to steal her boyfriend and fukk him. Victim was a member of a group called the cleat chasers. The goal was to go bang athletes.
