If no....then it's not a violation of free speech.

Government not allowing them to protest...1st amendment issue. And the city of Charlottesville did actually try to stop the protests, but ACLU among others protected the neo-nazis free speech.

People setting up counterprotests and then everybody fighting....not a violation of free speech.
