Transactions somehow got mixed up, put on the wrong timestamps, and therefore created fake negative balances at some point which is why balances are off. All I got from live chat was that they're going to be manually grading bets and balances should be fixed soon

It's not normal. I was just told by live chat that their "backend" systems are still down, and my balance is incorrect

My "back end" system is up and running perfectly. Dropped off an amazing one this morning. Barely needed to wipe.

I had incorrect balance issue. 5dimes put 80k on my account. Contacted them about it and the blocked my account temporarily. Hopefully I can get back into it soon with my normal money.

Wish they have some kind of update or something from the main page or twitter account.

The site's back up and running but I'm also waiting for a balance correction. I was told that there is a queue and there's no definite timeframe for when all of the balances will corrected

You are not only one. I had 425,000 balance in my account...got blocked temporarily as well but it takes too long.

backend system is down...like seriously? so whats the point of backend if it doesnt work when it suppose to? is there a backend for backend just in case?

Im up and running. Thx 5Dimes, but spend some money on upgrading servers or whatever caused the issue.

Not sure why they would do software updates on a weekend. That's literally the worst time to do them.

I keep getting this error message:

Mine are graded correctly as wins on the "graded wagers" tab, but some were never credited to my account. They did acknowledge the discrepancy via live chat and said they are working on it.
