good/best websites for NCAAF team by team wins predictions

knew one a few years ago it was great but forgot about it
something....ratings.com, dammit
I googled it and surprising how few accurate results come up
it has team by team, any conference, and details about each game projection, what their win % each game was etc.
Shit wish I remembered.

you mean for the whole season right now?... i don't know of anything like that......... but i look at massey, howell, sagarin, kambour.net, prediction machine or prediction tracker (??) for different things to do with ratings and game predictions. teamrankings.com too.
