    LAA (Birdwell) -113 Great value on a small home fave going against a struggling O's team who sends Hellickson who is not having a great 2nd half.

    Still interested in Texas and Cashner who has improved dramatically since the beginning of the year when making adjustments. One of the most underrated pitchers in baseball right now. Would like to see +115 before going in, though.

              I don't think cashner underrated, his lines where they are cause the saber click has to hate him. His career is a great example of why advanced metrics shouldn't be considered the be all end all. Back in the day when he was a strikeout machine obviously the metrics loved him but he rarely if ever performed up to his advanced numbers. Now in his twilight years he is greatly outperforming those same metrics that now hate him given he barely strikes out more than he walks!!

              Not commenting on today's gm pacifically as havnt even had a chance to cap it yet, I just find cashner incredibly interesting given what I mentioned above.

                                      Cashner a scratch with a stiff neck, no play on Texas so the Angels and Birdwell is the only play today.
