He had good stats against bad teams, the 49ers offense was not impressive and the team was horrible. He started more than 11 games twice in his career. Cutler had the far better career and its not even close.

Far better maybe because he played a lot more seasons, he was booed at home in conference championship game one game away from being in Super Bowl and youre being booed at home. He then went down with an injury, not a leader by any circumstance, Kap got to the Super Bowl. Im not saying Kap is better, but because of his legs I cant say he's really worse either. As far as throwing no doubt Cutler is better.

Yep. He was given the simplest playbook possible. Oh, and the best OLine. The league will adjust. He did well obviously, though. It's hard not to when you have no pressure on you, and all day to throw a 10 yard or less route, half of the time.

He hit some deep shots, and is a solid QB. This year is gonna be a rude awakening though, I believe. I somewhat root for the Cowboys, so not a hater. Romo may have won it for them, but can see why they had to keep Dak in. Giants win the division now.

I'd assume so. They didn't shell out 10 mil for a backup. Unless Matt Moore turns into Aaron Rodgers at camp then Cutler will be the starter at the beginning of the year.

That's definitely the plan. One of the more intriguing new storylines this season. After being the pinata in the league for so long, would be crazy if he got the last laugh and excelled.

Never a doubt he can throw the ball. But last couple of years he just quit. And yea the Bears could never get an O line and skilled positions were mediocre.

I'll take Cutler for $10 million over Tannenhill for 16 million any day. His effort wasn't always great because his money was guaranteed and he had no talent around him. Now he is in the perfect spot to succeed.
