Lost with the over in Toronto-Chicago to go to 4-4 +1.3 units. I like the over in St.Louis-Milwaukee at 9. Wacha has struggled on the road in hitters parks and in the division against teams that have seen him a lot. Garza will be pitching for the first time of the DL and St.Louis has seen him a lot since he pitched for the Cubs. Both teams bullpens are mediocre.
