Parseghian produced a stellar 95-17-4 record at the helm for the Fighting Irish. During his 11 seasons at Notre Dame, the heralded head coach helped lead the Fighting Irish to their eighth and ninth national championships, respectively, while registering an .836 winning percentage. After originally beginning his tenure in South Bend in 1964 after an eight-year stint with the Northwestern Wildcats, the legendary football mind ultimately concluded his time at Notre Dame in 1974 en route to a career in broadcasting.
