I would generally agree with this. You make air bets that you probably wouldn't make with real money so that could skew your results.

I do however, see tremendous value in air betting tracking. It's the best way to test new methodologies/systems.

Agree with prior poster, sit down a look at each loss to see if there is a pattern to it.
