yeah...probably more than 1% biggs....once people realize they can hack, some just cant help themselves with the money that can be made and dismiss the consequences.

I would say there is only a very small percentage though that can stay out of trouble by deleting all digital footprints. Most of them forget one piece of source code that buries them in the long run.
