Absoluteky they can. It used to be Bovada but a few months back changed to ignition casino. Best for Americans from what I've seen. If you don't mind playing again a player # instead of a username. I love it for what it's worth. I've found people who hate it are running HUDS and all this other BS. Now they have to make decisions for themselves and can't beat the game lol.

I've never used one either. I mean you can still use one but it don't keep track of a player once they leave the table cause of the numbering system. I love it.
