you should have until game time every week to make your picks. So if game is 1pm on the board you have until 12:59. Only deadline would be making sure you get enough picks in before the week is over.

This week is not about chalk... It's against the spread for God's sake. Having said that, this is a week for favorites to cover big #s. Packers, Raiders, and Dolphins all get it done, for sure. The Seahawks as a dog against that comical Titans team is super-silly to me.
