You could put almost any city in and still not know this for sure
Flyers? Don't really follow hockey much anymore but Hextall had success in LA as the GM so will give him a chance
Phillies? When you're still writing checks to Ryan Howard, Cliff Lee and Roy Halladay for millions of dollars it will be tough for them to bring in any big name players. Future is bleak
Sixers? If the injuries are not serious who knows. My only question is how are you going to afford to pay all these 1st round draft picks in 3 years?
Eagles? I like what they did this off season with free agents. Was hoping for a big name CB. What NFC team really improved themselves more than the eagles? Will be all up to Wentz

Sixers have the best shot, after that it's a tie between the Flyers and Eagles for getting a championship. Flyers are building a TON of prime talent in the minors but no franchise goalie. Eagles have a franchise QB but need a tough defense to be considered serious. Phillies have some young talent in the minors but are still a looooong way off from being a contender.
Sixers chances hinge on Embiid being able to play a full season. They play a totally different defense when he's in there, when he's on the bench teams just drive the lane all day. Should be interesting how the offense looks with all these great passers on the floor. The fast break should look like the Showtime Lakers.

Flyers are building patiently for the first time ever. They should have staying power once they get back to being a contender.
Phillies are building patiently as well but their prospects don't look that great. They should be in play for a major free agent signing in 2 years.
Eagles got their franchise quarterback. If he turns into one of the better QBs in the league, they'll have a chance.
76ers are going to be really good eventually. Embiid is a dominant player, its just a matter of health with him. Simmons is incredibly talented. He's a 6'10" point guard. Has a chance to be one of the best passers ever but needs to develop his jumpshot. I said for months that Fultz would be the perfect fit with Simmons and a Embiid. Huge that they were able to trade up to 1 and get him. They won't add any big names until they're ready to take the next step. Expect them to be a contender in 3 years.

Yea probably. Oilers loaded up on young talent because they were incompetent for so long. Same deal as the Penguins pre-Crosby/Malkin.

ZERO is the correct answer. The Philly teams are bound to get better (they can't get much worse) but to win a Championship takes someting Special and no Philly team is even close to that.

None of the teams you mentioned will win any. Is there a WNBA or MLS team in Philly? Maybe one of them could win one but none of the major sports teams in the near future.
I grew up as a Sixer fan so I would like to see them win one but like Philly said, how are they going to pay all of that young talent in 2-4 years?

While the Phillies will shop players with expiring contracts leading up to the trade deadline, team president Andy MacPhail also suggested Friday that general manager Matt Klentak would at least listen to offers for all of their big leaguers, writes Todd Zolecki of MLB.com. “He needs to keep a wide spectrum, wide horizon, and any opportunity that makes sense for us going forward, he should explore,” MacPhail said of Klentak. The Phillies own the majors’ worst record (26-52), but they’re not devoid of intriguing, controllable players who might pique teams’ interest in the next month. Outfielders Aaron Altherr and Odubel Herrera stand out in their group of position players, while Aaron Nola, Jerad Eickhoff, Vince Velasquez and Hector Neris are among their cheap pitchers who could be on clubs’ radars.

Instead of Philly and go to the other side of Pennsylvania to Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh has won many championships in different sports.

Championships coming to Philly ? ... Ryan Howard is laughing his ass off all the way to his monster of a compound in Belleair Shores.
... And it is all that and more. I drive by once or twice a week.
