PG13 simply isn`t an option. Think Jimmy Butler over rated and Brown could easily fill his spot cheaper for the next few years.
They still have a lottery pick from the Philly trade next year, although it is protected from #1, but could fall in the 2-5 range.
It is so hard to get to that top echelon without some serious luck. OR, doing what the Cavs did and spend 30-40 mil over the cap
and still come up way short.
