Fcuk his honesty. Everybody knows that almost all of them one day or another feel like not being on the court and don't give 100 %. The everyday grind gets into you and the tennis court is the last place on earth you wanna be at that particular moment. But you just don't admit it or wear it like a badge of honor like this guy. Otherwise you just fcuked with the integrity of the game. This jerk is like : " In your face. I'm gonna tank it and you know it "...

The first time I bet on him was the "Kokkinakis banged your girlfriend i'm sorry to tell you that mate!" incident and he won me money. Think he mentally broke down Wawrinka with that comment.

The 2nd time I bet on him was to win his set against Byrdych and he was b*tching to the umpire about loud music. Thankfully he didn't screw me over. This guy is definitely a loose cannon that i'll avoid for good.

Just slipped & hurt his hip, saved parlay bettors from getting blanked 2-0. Retired after losing the 1st set against Young.

He only has a very small window in his career to win a grand slam so it's up to him to understand that and capitalize.

Why even play tennis if you don't want to win.

If this guy gave his best every match, I still would't like him. It's embarrassing how insecure he is. Why doesn't anybody tell him that his haircut is super gay?

He's injured. Had a hip injury going into it- shouldn't have played.

they could've give his entry to someone else who wants to be there

this clown is such a fkng POS, I'm not sure why these tournaments still invite him

His ranking earns him a place in the tournament. Kid is top 20 despite tanking half of the year. Which, as a fan, makes it so damn frustrating because he has top 10 talent.

He said he hoped to be fit by the time Wimbledon started. And even if he did show up knowing that he wasn't fit enough, this is by no means the first time a player would have shown up to a tournament to collect a first round pay check. $45k to lose in the first round? Only a handful of players are turning that down.

player who publicly admited to tanking the tourneys doesn't deserve to be there...regardless of his ratings

just picture what would happen to say a soccer or a basketball team, that publicly admits to occasionally throwing a game here and there

in the best case scenario, they'd get DQed for a few years and/or demoted to play in a lower-level league

Not at all surprising. Anyone who's watched him has seen him tank games, and sometimes entire matches.

Kyrgios is now turning his attention to Wimbledon where he first made a name for himself as a 19-year-old, beating Rafael Nadal to reach the quarter-finals of the tournament.
“I love it here in London, and I feel Wimbledon is probably my best chance of winning a Grand Slam,” he said.

they could've give his entry to someone else who wants to be there

this clown is such a fkng POS, I'm not sure why these tournaments still invite him
people that show up and play get 30 grand or something like that. thats why its scary to bet round 1, never know who's there just to collect a paycheck. if he didn't play he wouldn't have got paid.

i bet the underdog live and of course the bet was void due to retirement.

would anyone really care if kyrgios overdosed or disappeared for good. nope
