I just initiated a withdrawal with BTC. How long does it take? They said they are going to take 24-48 hours to review my request. Weird. Whats there to "review" with 5dimes.

5d's BTC withdrawals take 1-3 days (heh, unlike their BTC deposits, which only take 20 minutes).

They'll first send you an email which you have to reply to confirming the payout address you want the BTC sent to. Then, anywhere from 8 and 48 hours after you return it, you'll be paid out at the then market rate at Bitstamp.

I got to hand it to 5dimes. 5dimes if you read this, your BTC Deposit and withdrawal methods are so easy. Requested withdrawal for BTC after winning several thousands, they had it in my wallet 12 hours later. Fawking amazing book.
