I don't know if they refuse US customers or not but give it a try:

I signed up, uploaded a copy of my Passport and it got verified, I can buy up to 17,000 ILS (approx $4,815 USD) using a US credit card (mine is from Citibank) or more using an IL bank transfer.

They don't charge in Shekels, they charge you in USD $ currency.

I would love to get feedback on this, if this works for you, it's a very reliable website in Israel so they are not scammers, they have Bitcoin ATMs in Tel Aviv and I tried them for 28,000 ILS and got the BTC smoothly.

I don't know again if it works for US citizens/residents but perhaps give it a try - if it works then it would be great, the rates are also very competitive.

Also if this is considered as a bad post - then just remove it, I just hope this could be useful for the forum members.

      Forget about the ILS indication.
      Right now $1 = 3.524 ILS

      Go here:

Type 3524 ILS, it would say currently 0.3889

      0.3889 * $2485 (current price) = $966 USD

So for $1,000 you pay you get $966 (excluding the Credit Card fees, mine was $10).

So it comes around 5% fee for buying it, quite cheap in my opinion.

Also - when you order it would say "No new orders available", so don't cancel the order, just wait a day or so and then you would be given the option to pay for the order with a card (that's the only disadvantage that it's not instantly).

Mobile, proceed with extreme caution anytime you see words "buy" and "shekel" in the same sentence!

Never heard of it. If you do, make sure to transfer it out to a different wallet ASAP. Just my opinion.
