I don't see how they get him out of office. Aside from finding evidence that actual votes were physically changed, they have nothing but theories and conspiracies. And the way the legal system is, it could take a decade to decide this.

obstruction of justice is pretty serious crime for the top executive and of course the "dons" own self incrimination. All he needs is to bring out the tapes. Gone by christmas as a birthday gift.

If he just mentioned he hoped the Flynn case would be dropped to top law agency officials that's not obstruction..
