I find it hard to believe a simple fire ignited then engulfs an entire high rise like that.. I'm under the impression these high rise building are mostly made of cement and steel and have water sprinkler systems in place? I know they have that here in America..

The London Fire Brigade screwed up on so many levels that they're to blame for people dying. Not only did they not get around to forcing the owners of the building to fix the safety problems, they told people to stay in their upper level apartments for no reason!!!!
