I would be willing to say I could beat anyone here in an actual round of golf... and I do not even practice, and play 1 time a month, 2 max

Been out of town for a much needed vacation so getting to this forum late but I have/had:
Fowler +3000 to win 3 units
DJ +700 to win 3 units
Speith +1300 to win 2 units
              Oosthousen +5500 1/2 a unit

Rick really had a chance to put a little distance between himself and the field heading into the weekend with even a decent back 9 Friday. He's the only one that's been there before among the leaders and I hope that counts for something this weekend. Have always been a fan but he has had a tendency to let a few slip away. I just have a feeling he got that one bad 9 out of his system Friday and he'll be back on form Saturday and Sunday. Really pulling for him.

Thinking about taking Bill Haas +5250 for a unit heading to the weekend. Good price only 3 back of the lead.

Damn Funnyb, you must be one hell of a golfer. I thought I was decent finishing in the top 20 of my city championship in my early 20s. No where near the caliber to try out for the Open though. Five surgeries later can't even play the game anymore.

Use to be.... I shoot around 80 these days on a semi tough course

Can shoot mid 70's on the city muni

If I knew how to putt I could still be pretty good....no where ner the old days though

I was about a 3-4 handicap. Could hover around par and under on a real good day. Elbow surgery, under the knife on both knees and a bad back did me in. I could probably still give it a go but I just don't enjoy going out there and shooting in the 90s (too much of a competitor) and paying for it the next week in pain. I'm a shell of my former self

You really giving up on Ricky? I think this may just be his week. He has a good game plan. He had a chance to let his round really slip away on the back nine yesterday but he steadied himself and no one else on the leaderboard has been there before, I think that will count for something this weekend. I think he might just get it done. Of course I do have a wagering interest in him

Hey angry man. How ya doin? Let's address a few of your angry comments, shall we?

I have forgotten more about golf than you'll ever know. Played the game my entire life and am damn sure I'd slap you around on the course.

What did Fowler shoot? 1 over and was only 1 back of the lead. His putter failed him; if he putts just a normal round, he shoots 70 and leads.

And now he's 10 under and pretty much the same odds as Thomas and Koepka and I'll take Fowler over both those two.

Now go pound sand you angry little gremlin.

All solid. I do think Fowler is the best play.

                                      2 points:

                                      - I really, really enjoyed watching Thomas' round yesterday, but with the wind up I would bet he gets his ass handed to him.

                                      - you mentioned Fowler scoring despite inconsistent putting ... I'd say more often than not that's a reason to stay off a golfer rather than on.

Wind and overcompensatig pin positioning could make this an A+ US Open Sunday. Yesterday's target practice is gone.
