I don't understand how you can use GS being the best team assembled ever as an excuse when Kerr got to 2 straight championships and won 1 of them without KD. That GS team that won it all wasn't even that good bro. Top to bottom -- the roster. They won it based of their style of play... And obviously got lucky when Kyrie and K love both went down.

So how can you say that about GS being the best ever, when Phil coached the 2 best players the game has ever seen. Contradictory.

Kerr is the newest fad in coaching but popovich is still the best since Jackson. He may get the torch passed to him. He's probably somewhere near pat Riley at the moment. Still a long ways to go from Chuck Daly status

What sucks about coaching these elite teams is you'll never get credit when you win. Because you're "supposed to win with those players" Kerr is clearly a good coach and would defenitely make a lot of other teams better.
