I see 2 main possible scenarios to follow up in the 3rd quarter:

One scenario will bring the line closer to 168 - in this case I think it's a no brainer to hit the UNDER because this game is trending the UNDER whilst the previous 2 games hit the OVER.
Another scenario will push the line down towards the 148.5 or so - in this case it's worth hitting the OVER on a basis of "buy low sell high", this game still had 168 points initially so they should score a bit, especially if LA Sparks extend their lead and then the girls won't play lots of defense.

If the line however remains around the 158 then it's no bet for me.
I'm using SBOBet with this one this time so would be able to during the 3rd quarter or the 4th since Pinnacle only allows to bet in the end of the quarter without any additional options.

Line is now 149.5 which I would take but unfortunately AsianConnect hasn't processed my deposit (made it 30 minutes ago, quite unusual for them to take so long but maybe it's because it's with SBOBet) .... so if they process it and the line is still 14Xish I would take it, otherwise call it off.

Anyway good thing there was a delay ... 141 pts (75-66) with 30 seconds to go, time out called ... I don't think they will hit the 148 mark.
