Gemini.com, ItBit.com and Coinbase.com are the easiest to buy from using a US bank account.

I registered trough localbitcoins but most of the sellers require to have an old and with lots of previous trades. I'll need to buy a few by local bank transfers before start using Neteller. But thanks for sharing the advice
