If England had done a similar ban the event would never have happened.

The bomber was on all pertinent watch lists. If they had detained him based upon their pre-existing knowledge when he returned from Libya it never would have happened. We all need to start taking the terror watch lists a lot more seriously, stop watching and start acting.
