Regarding your assertion that San Antonio is not one trick pony, what does really mean. How good are they without Kawhi do you think they are. Who are the other ponies they have. That pony is one of the 5 best players in the nba and a defensive player of the year candidate. One hell of the pony they lost.

NBA playoff teams are constructed in a way they can overcome an injured starting player. Spurs should of won game one but they didn't and proceeding to be swept. Rest of the series w kwahi ceases to exist so it is what it is, no reasons to factor what could of/should of been.

People going overboard about the whole kawhi Leonard thing. Let's say the spurs had him for the whole series. They would have won game 1. Then lost in 5 maybe in 6.

No man. All we can go off of is the fact that with Kawhi the Spurs were killing the Warriors by 20+. Spurs would have beat them IMO and I had them winning it all.

GSW was getting their asses kicked until thugish Pachulia swept the leg and won them the series. They were getting their shit pushed in with Kawhi on the court. He was controlling the offense and defending on defense. Once he went out, the Spurs offense went to shit. As soon as he went down you could see the Spurs bench groan while GS players were jumping for joy. Mike Brown said after the game that Pachulia was huge for them that night. There is not one person in the known universe that thinks GS would have won game 1 if Pachulia didn't take him out Mafia style. So people need to stop the shit about them being 12-0. Definitely an asterisks.

People actually thinks Kawhi would stop the Warriors? One thing the Warriors do well is making adjustment and coming back from a huge deficit. Spurs might have won games 1 but no way in they eliminate golden state with Kawhi.

This is why I'm skeptical of Cavs winning series. Odds are way too good to win in 6 or 7 for Cavs. Wish I knew what the odds were last year?
