You need a strong military presence in those villages and law and order to drive them out...

Innocent people will die in the process when battling ISIS and that's tragic, but Isis is killing innocent people now anyways.. So in truth innocent people will have to die to stop ISIS.. We need to accept that.. If you leave Isis alone it will grow and more and more innocent people will die by their hands..

Are there still bombs going off? If not, how is covering it providing any more insight? People act like terror attacks are brand new? They've always been the tactic of the outmanned/outgunned small groups.

Is there a set amount of time in the hours/days after that something should be covered that has happened and has become part of a history of terrorist murders?

They do go after them. Anwar al-Awlaki (a US citizen no less) was a propagandist for ISIS. He was targeted. Facebook and twitter are constantly removing pages.

Not only do they have hundreds of millions of posts/tweets to monitor, they also have to walk that line between sympathetic post and encouragement of violence. After the bombing, conservative commentators who spoke out had tweets sent to them saying "I hope they cut your head off next" (same is said to liberal commentators).

Free speech includes hate speech. Oftentimes threats get mixed in. Are they idle threats or legitimate ones? Social media is it's own wild animal at times.

That's the problem you can't get numb to it as it will continue to happen and more often if you do..Need to bring about awareness to radical extremism..

Show the people and families suffering, show the sheer savageness of it all. Show it to the people so the people become more aware and vote in the right people into office to do something about it..
