      of course 90 percent of the time, its light weights. U can make light weights feel heavy when u lift slow.
      plenty of vids on youtube for people to watch and on top of that, you wont get injured.

      People need to send energy into their muscles, not out of their muscles
      Put your hands in a preacher curl position in front of you, now put your pinky higher than your thumbs during the movement. Its the correct way to build biceps.

      I also do cable crossovers first, flys and will do and only one press movement after the crossovers and flies and Im always using different machines and experimenting with grips.

      Dorian yates also did warmup sets and 1 set to failure but of course his is different.

      The larry scott ring of fire exercises are the best for the stomach

      A couple days ago. I just held ten pound dumbells out to the side for as long as i can and hold for as long as i can and resist the lowering

          working on that soon, but isnt alot. Plus under armour compression shirts help.

          Under armour doesnt seem to be as good as quality anymore than a nice tight fitting t shirt

          if you follow the water vid, u need to take more vitamins and minerals because that much water simply cleans you out, and big time.

          Picture a water hose attached to you and put it on full blast. You will have some of those.

                                          Drink 4 liters of water tommorrow, one of those make it warm water with lemon and sea salt and dont eat anything during that time. Do it for a week and watch what happens. Then drink 2 waters before and after each meal. Eat just 1,2 or 3 times. None of this 6 meal a day stuff.
