Exactly, NBA is probably the gayest league in pro sports. Before the season started we already knew who was playing for the championship and the year before that. GS added to their all star team and LeBron is playing in the East where 99% of those teams probably couldn't win the NCAA championship.

I was one... As a Cleveland fan, I was freaking out because of their lack of effort, don't give a shit attitude. We all knew they could flip a switch but would they ever? They had some real bad losses this year, ones where they were up 20+ and ended up losing. Their defense was some of the worst I've ever seen in the NBA after the All Star break. I had plenty of doubts. In the end it was better to get the 2nd seed and not have to play Chicago and the Wizards. Those 2 series took a lot out of Boston.

I always laugh at those who whine about the NBA being a 3 or 4 team league. Many of the top leagues in the world, La Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League (outside of last season) even the NFL to an extent are teams where only a few compete. These leagues get big numbers because people enjoy the action.

There's a reason why the NBA only grows in popularity while the NHL hangs with MLS and MLB continually falls. The NBA finals has beat the World Series for the past 7-8 seasons and is matchup proof now.
